Industry Context

The Challenge for Enterprise Distributors

Federal government and federal health sit on Accu-Tech's own published list of verticals, alongside education, healthcare, hospitality, senior living and venues. That is a pointed choice for a company founded in Georgia in 1984 that moves voice, data, audio visual, wireless and security product out of 35 stocking locations, because it puts a low voltage distributor inside buildings where the paperwork is as demanding as the pathway

Product going into those buildings does not stay passive once it is installed. Wireless access points and IP cameras get commissioned onto networks that answer to federal requirements, while Accu-Tech's own value added services are staging, kitting, labeling, sequencing and jobsite ready delivery. That is logistics done properly and it is genuinely hard to do. Nobody in the chain, though, is accountable for how the devices end up configured or what evidence exists when an assessor asks. Many of the contractors taking delivery of those pallets came up pulling cable, and a security engineer is not a realistic next hire for a firm that size. Federal health work makes the gap sharper still, because the buyer will ask the question during procurement rather than at handover, and the contractor that cannot answer it does not get shortlisted

CWS takes that role on the partner's behalf. Engagements are staffed and delivered under the partner's brand, measured against the same standard in every state and province we work in, and run in English or French where Quebec or Canadian federal scope calls for it. Corova holds the scope and the price at the front end and the project tracking afterwards, so the partner always knows what its customer is being told and when

Positioned at the Point of Decision

Why This Matters for Accu-Tech

Accu-Tech already wins on the hardest part of construction, which is landing the right material on the right floor on the right day. Security engineering is that same promise applied one layer up the stack. Sourcing it through a partner adds no fixed headcount and gives branch teams something to sell that a price shopper cannot commoditize
