Since 1985 Fusion Cyber Group has worked out of Montreal, and in June 2025 it took on distribution of Heimdal's platform across Canada as a channel focused distributor selling through MSPs, MSSPs and VARs. Distribution is a different obligation from resale. The distributor stands behind whoever picks up the line, anywhere in the country, in whichever official language that partner's own customer happens to use

That obligation sits awkwardly against how the company is built. Fusion also runs its own managed security service, so the engineers who would deploy and tune a partner's first Heimdal rollout are the same engineers already committed to Fusion's own monitored accounts. Distribution margin does not pay for a bench sitting idle between partner calls, and those calls arrive in bursts rather than at a steady rate. What follows is predictable. The partner gets its licence in a day and then waits weeks for hands, and a slow first deployment is the thing that sends a reseller quietly back to whatever stack it already trusted

CWS was built to close that particular distance. Our engineers go into an engagement wearing the partner's brand, so the end customer sees Fusion, or sees the MSP underneath Fusion, and never learns we were there. Every engagement runs to one delivery standard whether the customer sits in the United States or Canada, and we work in French wherever Quebec or Canadian federal requirements make that the only acceptable answer.
