The Challenge for Enterprise Resellers
Accenture Security closed its purchase of CyberCX in February 2026, adding about 1,400 cybersecurity professionals across Australia and New Zealand in the largest security acquisition the firm has made. Before that came Innotec Security in Spain, MNEMO Mexico and Morphus in Brazil, all in 2023, and before those the Symantec Cyber Security Services business bought from Broadcom in 2020. Accenture plc reported revenue of $69.67 billion for the fiscal year that ended August 31, 2025
Acquisition is the quick route into a market. Making everything acquired deliver the same way is the slow one, and Accenture Security now runs roughly 27,000 people through 38 cybersecurity centers, assembled from firms that each arrived with their own method and their own reporting habits. In North America the consequence is commercial rather than cultural. Demand for US and Canadian security work regularly outruns the bench that can be put in front of it, and buying another firm is a poor answer to a staffing gap that opens in one quarter and closes in the next. Bilingual delivery sharpens the point, since Quebec and Canadian federal engagements need French speakers who also meet the standard
CWS staffs those engagements as Accenture. Our consultants work to whatever delivery standard the engagement specifies, in the US and in Canada, and in French where a Quebec client or a federal requirement calls for it. Corova holds the scope, the quote and the running project record, so the account team watches progress instead of chasing it. Clients meet Accenture people doing Accenture work, which is the only version of this worth doing

Why This Matters for Accenture Security
A decade of buying cybersecurity firms bought Accenture scale, and the integration cost of that scale is real and ongoing. A North American bench that already works to someone else's standard is the one kind of capacity that does not add to the pile
