The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers
All Lines Technology grew 29.2 percent in the year that placed it at number 127 on CRN's Fast Growth 150, and it held a place on the Tech Elite 250 for the seventh year running at the same time. Only 65 solution providers in North America took CRN's Triple Crown in 2025. All Lines took it for the third time, from three offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Tech Elite standing depends on holding the highest certification levels vendors award, which comes down to trained people who stay trained and stay available. Growth at that rate brings customers in faster than certifications can be earned, and security is where the requirement bites hardest, with Fortinet, SentinelOne, Qualys and Varonis each expecting real depth rather than one certified engineer and a hope. A firm working out of Cranberry Township and Dublin, Ohio also gets asked to follow customers past the range it can drive to, which is a different problem from hiring another engineer in Pennsylvania
