The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers
In 2025 Corsica Technologies acquired AccountabilIT, an Arizona managed IT and cybersecurity firm with offices in Phoenix and in India. For a business that dates itself to 1995 and runs from Greenville, South Carolina, one deal did two things at once. It added a large block of delivery capacity, and it put a meaningful share of that capacity offshore
Offshore capacity is cheap for some work and unusable for other work. Corsica holds SOC 2 Type 2 and delivers against CMMC and CJIS, and criminal justice and government clients place hard limits on who may touch data and from which country. Integration cuts the same way. Two service desks, two security operations centers and two sets of tooling have to converge while customers across more than 20 US cities keep filing tickets. Few of those customers care which entity signed their contract. They judge the new owner by the first ticket after the announcement, and Greenville now answers for Phoenix. Then there is the service line itself. Corsica sells EDI and data integration next to managed IT and cybersecurity, so a single account can need a supply chain integration specialist and a security engineer inside the same quarter, and one will not stand in for the other
CWS covers the part that has to be delivered onshore and under your name. Our people work as Corsica's people, to one standard, wherever the site sits in the United States or Canada, and in French for Quebec or Canadian federal engagements. Scoping and quoting run through Corova, which also gives your project managers a live view of what the team is doing
Relevant CWS Services for Corsica Technologies
Based on Corsica Technologies's specializations, the following CWS service lines align with their cybersecurity practice.
Why This Matters for Corsica Technologies
A roll up either standardizes delivery or turns into a holding company with one website. Corsica has the harder version of that problem now, with an offshore service desk and criminal justice clients who cannot be served from it. CWS fills the onshore side without adding headcount you would still be carrying after the integration is finished
