CREST is scoped to how testing is actually performed rather than to how the policy reads, so each absorbed team has to reach the same method before its work counts under the badge. A new owner will want the integration finished and the growth rate held at the same time. Both of those jobs want the same senior engineers, and there are roughly 180 people to go round

Corova handles scoping, quoting and project tracking, so an office acquired last quarter prices an engagement the same way Maple Grove does.
