The Challenge for Enterprise Resellers
Deepwatch certified its agentic AI platform against ISO/IEC 42001, the AI management system standard. Very few security firms have done that, and doing it on the AI that runs inside a detection service rather than on a customer-facing product is a stronger claim than it first appears. It means the automation making triage decisions is itself governed.
That invites a question Deepwatch's customers will start asking and most providers cannot answer. If an AI system is deciding which alerts a human sees, then the alerts it filters out are a risk decision made by software. Who reviews that? What evidence exists that it behaves the same way in month twelve as in month one? An auditor asking about automated decision making in a regulated environment is not satisfied by a description of the model.
CWS does the governance work around that: control design, evidence collection and the assessment work that turns an AI-assisted service into something a customer's risk committee can sign off. Delivered under Deepwatch's name, alongside the conventional cloud and identity engagements its customers also need.

Why This Matters for Deepwatch
Certifying to 42001 is the easy half. The harder half is proving, repeatedly and to an auditor, that the automation still behaves. CWS does that half.
