Industry Context

The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers

e360 started in 1988 as an application training company that George Strohl ran out of Concord, California. His son Mike and Matt General took it over in 1994 after he died, and they have since built it to about 250 people. The firm bought Agile360 of Irvine in 2008, renamed itself Entisys360 in 2016, and shortened that to e360 in 2022. Headquarters now sits in Irvine, the public sector division works from Sacramento, and offices remain in Concord, San Diego and Phoenix

Hold that against the vendor bench. Citrix Platinum Plus, Cisco Gold, VMware Principal, Microsoft Gold, Red Hat Advanced and Google Cloud Premier all live inside one company of that size, and vendors who hand you their top award, as Citrix did for North America in 2023 and Google Cloud did for the United States in 2024, expect you to absorb the pipeline that follows. Demand of that kind does not arrive evenly. A Sacramento procurement, a healthcare cloud migration, an entertainment client's data protection cutover and a Google Cloud assessment can all want the same senior architects in one fortnight, and every one of those architects already has a name on a project plan

CWS is built for that fortnight. Our engineers join e360 engagements under e360's name and work to one delivery standard whether the site is in Sacramento, Phoenix or a client office in Canada, and we run in French as readily as English when a Quebec or Canadian federal file calls for it. Scoping, quoting and project tracking sit in Corova, so an e360 account manager reads one plan instead of chasing a subcontractor for status

Why This Matters for e360

Six vendor accreditations are a statement about what e360 can build. None of them is a statement about when. CWS supplies the second answer without putting anyone else's name in front of the client
