The Challenge for Regional Resellers
Four acquisitions since 2022. Entech merged with ITVantage that year, recapitalized with Prospect Partners the following November, then bought IT Solutions Group in 2023, LAN Infotech in 2025 and C2 Computer Services in 2026. A firm Jake Spanberger started in 1998 to serve southwest Florida now works out of eight offices, and the newest of them sit in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, on the other coast from where the business grew up
Growth bought that quickly leaves a delivery problem trailing behind it. Every acquired company arrives with its own tooling, its own escalation habits and a client list that was sold a slightly different promise, and reconciling all of that falls to the same senior engineers who are meant to be billing. Clients inherited through a merger test the arrangement early, since the first project after the logo changes is usually the one that decides whether they stay. Prospect Partners did not put capital in to watch the pace slow. So the platform has to absorb C2 while standardizing what came before it, hold a client base spread across construction, healthcare, legal, government and private clubs, and keep taking on new work at the same time. Senior engineering hours are the scarce thing, and integration and project delivery both want them
One of those two can be handed off. CWS puts engineers behind the Entech badge and holds them to a single delivery standard, on sites anywhere in the United States or Canada, and in French where Quebec or Canadian federal work demands it. Corova handles the scope and the quote, then keeps the project visible while it runs

Why This Matters for Entech
Nobody recapitalizes an MSP to fund slow integration. Every senior engineer pulled onto a customer deployment is an engineer not standardizing the last acquisition, which makes deployment the cheaper half to outsource. CWS takes the deployment and leaves the integration to the people who own the outcome
