LevelBlue was carved out of AT&T Cybersecurity in 2024 and bought Trustwave a year later, putting together two managed security businesses that had each been through several owners. Trustwave alone had been under SingTel, then a fund associated with the Chertoff Group, before landing here.

A business assembled that way inherits more than customers. It inherits two SOC platforms, two detection content libraries, two escalation models and two sets of customers who were each sold something slightly different. Both parent organisations were large enough that the operational habits are deeply set. Consolidating that while running twenty-four hour operations for customers who notice every missed escalation is a multi-year programme conducted entirely in public.

CWS delivers the project work that sits around that: assessments, cloud and identity engagements, compliance programmes and the remediation that follows a finding.
