Industry Context

The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers

In 2026 Loffler bought Fisher's Technology, an established office equipment dealer in Idaho and Montana. The deal added fourteen locations across Idaho, Montana, Utah and Washington to a business that had spent four decades building outward from the Twin Cities, and it put Loffler in ten states. Jim Loffler started the company in 1986. It has stayed family owned through every one of those expansions

That history is an office imaging history first. Konica Minolta and Canon dealerships, print fleets, document workflow, and a service organization built around getting a technician to a machine. Managed IT and cybersecurity came later and now sit alongside the print business for the same customers, who include banks, hospitals, law firms and government agencies in four states Loffler entered by acquisition rather than by growth. Fisher's keeps its own name and its own contracts, which is the right commercial call and also leaves two service organizations answering security questions from customers who cannot tell the difference between them. A bank in Idaho asking for a penetration test or an incident response retainer wants engineering depth that a print centric field organization was never built to hold, and hiring that depth in all four at once is not realistic

CWS puts that depth behind the Loffler name. Our engineers run the assessment, the remediation and the ongoing security work under your brand and your paperwork, to one delivery standard whether the customer sits in Duluth or Spokane, and across Canada as well when a client footprint crosses the border, in French where Quebec or Canadian federal work demands it. Corova, our platform, handles the scoping, the quoting and the project tracking, so your account managers see the same picture your customer does

Security Operations
Positioned at the Point of Decision

Why This Matters for Loffler Companies

Fisher's customers were promised that nothing changes. Security is the one service where that promise gets tested, because a customer judges it on the day something goes wrong rather than on the quality of the sales conversation. Buying that capability by the engagement costs less than hiring it into four states you entered by acquisition
