The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers
On January 13, 2026, Nova Networks of Ottawa announced it had acquired NOVIPRO Group and its subsidiaries. The deal pulled NOVIPRO Inc., Blair Technology Solutions of Markham, NOVIPRO Managed Services and NOVIPRO Business Solutions into one company of more than 400 people serving over 1,000 customers from Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Markham and Calgary. NOVIPRO had spent three decades getting to that point. A technology leader in Quebec since 1993, it bought the VBS client list in 2019, the SERTI client list in 2021 and Blair Technology Solutions in 2022
Integrations are won or lost on delivery, not on the announcement. Three acquisitions between 2019 and 2022 already left a mix of engagement models inside the business, and the combined footprint now stretches from Quebec City, where clients expect their privacy obligations handled in French, out to Calgary, where buyers want English documentation and their own compliance evidence. The vendor commitments are old and deep, IBM since 1998 and Infor since 2006, and every one of those platforms drags security work behind it. Security is also the first thing customers question when their provider changes hands
CWS staffs those engagements under the NOVIPRO name. Our engineers arrive as your team, work to one delivery standard whether the client sits in Montreal or Calgary, and produce their reporting in French or English depending on who is reading it. Coverage runs across the United States and Canada, so a Markham project and a Quebec City project draw on the same bench. Corova carries the scoping, the quoting and the project tracking, which matters more than usual while two companies are still reconciling how they price and record work

Why This Matters for NOVIPRO
The months after an acquisition are when customers quietly audit their provider. NOVIPRO has more accounts, more geography and more vendor lines to cover than it did in December, and none of that waits for the org chart to settle. Buying delivery capacity you can put your own name on is faster than hiring it and far easier to unwind than another acquisition
