ACE IT Solutions and PICS ITech that year, The TNS Group in 2023, Amnet Technology Solutions in 2024, and PEAKE Technology Partners in 2025, which was the first deal signed after Revelstoke Capital Partners took over from Pfingsten Partners as sponsor in January 2025. Seven offices now stretch from Reading, Pennsylvania to Bowie, Maryland and Fairhaven, Massachusetts, staffed by about 185 people

ACE IT brought hedge funds, registered investment advisers and family offices. PEAKE brought healthcare. Between those poles sit manufacturers, law firms, nonprofits and government bodies spread across six states, and every acquired estate arrives with its own tooling, its own escalation habits and its own idea of what an urgent ticket looks like. A change of sponsor in January 2025 restarts that clock rather than pausing it. Revelstoke will expect the next transaction, and the engineers who absorbed five integrations are the same ones expected to absorb the sixth while the growth behind the MSP 501 and Fast Growth 150 placements keeps compounding

Specialist delivery capacity arrives wearing the Omega Systems brand, so a newly acquired client meets Omega engineers and Omega process regardless of whose logo was on the original contract.
