The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers
OneNeck exists because a management team bought its way off somebody else's balance sheet. In June 2001 that group acquired the ERP hosting business of SCB Computer Technology for $10.5 million and traded as OneNeck IT Services. Telephone and Data Systems paid $95 million for it in 2011, combined it with VISI, TEAM Technologies, Vital Support Systems and MSN Communications, and put one name over all five in January 2014. US Signal acquired the whole business in June 2024
Five companies became one brand under four owners, and delivery practice does not merge as cleanly as a logo. Engineering habits, tooling and escalation paths arrived from separate firms. Now the parent is an infrastructure operator whose economics live in colocation, fiber and cloud capacity, so security consulting competes for capital with a data center footprint that went from 6 sites to 16 after the deal. Customers feel the transition and start asking whether the engineers they trusted are still on the account. Recruiting specialists in the middle of an integration is the hardest hiring a services business ever does
CWS was built for that gap. We staff engagements under the partner's own brand and hold every one of them to a single delivery standard, so what the customer receives does not move with the org chart. Coverage runs across the United States and Canada, in English and in French where Quebec or Canadian federal work requires it. Corova, our platform, carries scoping, quoting and project tracking, which lets a partner commit to security work before it has hired anyone to do it

Why This Matters for OneNeck IT Solutions
The customers are already there. Security scope inside an existing midmarket hosting account is the easiest revenue in the channel to win and the hardest to staff at short notice, and only one of those two problems has to be yours.
