In June 2001 that group acquired the ERP hosting business of SCB Computer Technology for $10.5 million and traded as OneNeck IT Services. Telephone and Data Systems paid $95 million for it in 2011, combined it with VISI, TEAM Technologies, Vital Support Systems and MSN Communications, and put one name over all five in January 2014. US Signal acquired the whole business in June 2024
