The Challenge for Enterprise Resellers
Sourcepass was incorporated in 2020 and has been buying established managed service providers ever since. Twelve are named on its own list, starting with NST and Suite3 in 2022 and running through Liberty Technology in 2025, and the company describes each as a business that had already traded for decades before it arrived. The result is more than 500 employees, offices in eight states from Rocklin, California to Melville, New York, and an in house client platform called Quest
Buying a company is not the same as absorbing one. Each of those twelve arrived with its own runbooks, its own preferred tooling and, more awkwardly, its own senior engineer who is the only person alive who knows why a particular client network was built the way it was. ISO/IEC 27001 and a SOC 2 Type II attestation force one control set across the whole group, which settles the governance question and says nothing at all about whether identity, SIEM and cloud security skills are evenly spread across eight states. They never are in a roll up. A firm that is still acquiring reopens the same problem with every deal it closes
That gap is what CWS was built for. We staff engagements under the Sourcepass brand, delivered to one standard regardless of which acquired office holds the relationship, across the United States and Canada, in English and in French where Quebec or Canadian federal requirements apply. Corova handles scoping, quoting and project tracking, so a Denver deal and a Richmond deal look identical on paper and are staffed from the same pool

Why This Matters for Sourcepass
Consistency is the entire promise of a roll up and the hardest part of it to actually deliver when the specialists sit in eight different states. A national bench answering to the Sourcepass brand evens out the map without another integration to manage. For a company this acquisitive, that is worth more than the next deal
