Industry Context

The Challenge for Mid-Market Resellers

Belisario and Leslie Rosas started Worldcom Exchange in July 1989 out of a family member's garage in Andover, Massachusetts, with three people on the payroll. They moved the business to Salem, New Hampshire in 1992 and now occupy a 50,000 square foot building on Northwestern Drive holding integration labs, proof of performance labs and a data center. WEI is minority and woman owned. In July 2026 CRN named it to the Solution Provider 500 for the eighteenth consecutive year

The labs are the point. WEI wins by building the thing in front of the customer before the customer commits, which is an expensive way to earn business and a hard one to copy. More than 100 certified engineers make it possible, and every VMware Master Services Competency the firm holds, in Data Center Virtualization, Desktop and Mobility, Network Virtualization, and Cloud Management and Automation, has to be kept current by those same people. Supplier diversity opens a second door. Statewide Massachusetts IT contracts and minority supplier awards put WEI in front of buyers whose fiscal calendars have nothing to do with WEI's hiring plan, and a proof of performance session cannot be moved to suit a staffing gap

Which is where CWS comes in. We staff engagements under the WEI badge, to a single delivery standard, across the United States and Canada, in English and in French when a Quebec or Canadian federal requirement makes that the difference between bidding and not bidding. Corova handles the scoping, the quote and the project tracking, so a WEI project manager sees the same record the customer does

Why This Matters for WEI

WEI's reputation rests on engineers who prove the design before the invoice arrives. That is the resource you cannot borrow cheaply, and the one that runs out first when several public sector awards land in the same quarter. CWS adds the second shift without a stranger's logo appearing on the statement of work
